How to reset your password
If you forget your password, you can request a verification code from the Instro login page and use it to choose a new password.

Reset your password
Open the login page
Go to the login page of your Instro site and select “Forgot Password”.
Enter your email address
Enter the email address connected to your Instro account and continue.
Check your email for a code
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Copy the code from the message.
Enter the code
Return to the password reset screen and enter the verification code.
Choose a new password
Create and confirm your new password, then use it the next time you log in.
If the code doesn’t arrive
- Check spam or junkThe verification email may have been filtered out of your inbox.
- Check the addressMake sure you entered the same email address that is connected to your Instro account.
- Request a new codeIf the first code has expired, return to the login page of your Instro site and start the password reset again.
Keep your account secure
Never share a temporary password or verification code. Instro support should not ask you to send either one by email or message.
