Build & Test
Select product modules and features, develop, configure and test the tool, customise the UI, tailor email handling, build integrations.
Implementation
Embed Instro tools where people are already working. Phased delivery to real users, starting with POC pilot if required. Regular feedback and system enhancements to ensure quality, validate the solution and build trust.
BAU Hand Over
Handover to internal teams. Continuous monitoring of KPIs and regular check ins to identify new opportunities and ensure the solution continues to meet your needs.
